| Event | Date | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Old Time Family Nites | February 26, March 26, April 30, and May 21 | The Fruitvale School is hosting "Old Time Family Nites" for
all members of the Lincoln community. The program starts at 7:00
p.m. and children are invited to wear their pajamas (adults too
if they want) and families are provided with family games to
play, old time movies, and a large bonfire outside for roasting
marshmallows. It's old time fun. The purpose of the evening is to provide an atmosphere for families to spend quality time with each other playing cards or checkers, or other games, instead of playing video games or spending time alone on the computer. The cost is $5.00 per family or group and popcorn, lemonade, hot chocolate, and coffee are provided. Come, bring your children, cousins, and friends, and have fun! |
| Spring Potluck | March 15, 2011, 6:30 p.m. | Everyone is invited to attend our potluck. Regardless of where you live, this is a good opportunity to gather with your Fruitvale community, stay informed about upcoming events at the School, see old friends and make new acquaintances. |
| Annual Fundraising Dinner and Auction | June 5, 2011 | The annual Fruitvale BBQ will be held on Sunday June 5th starting at 5:00 p.m. Come and enjoy a children play, activities for children, raffle, silent auction, celebrity chef dessert auction, and the delicious BBQ tri tip beef dinner. For more information call 916 645 3517. |
| Volunteer Days | Spring/Fall | Each spring and fall, individual and group volunteers from area churches, youth groups and community clubs discover many hands make the workload light as they bring their expertise and tools for a day of landscaping, clean-up, painting, gardening & repair. |
